Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of amazing and some letdowns. The rooms were comfortable and quite spacious, with excellent amenities, making it easy to explore the main attractions at El Poblado. However, the check-in was not as smooth as promised. Despite that, the location was perfect, right in the heart of the vibrant nightlife and surrounded by great dining options.
My stay at the hotel was simply amazing! The rooms were beautifully sound-proofed, isolating any street noise, and the outdoor patio overlooking Parque Lleras was absolutely stunning. The hotel's design, from the entrance to the lobby, elevators, gym, pool, and rooms, was impressive. The service was next level, with the rooftop pool bar offering a cool vibe, friendly staff, and standout individuals like Simon, David, Leidy, and Alejandro making our experience extra special. The location couldn't have been better, connecting to vibrant restaurants and bars in Medellin, right in the heart of the buzzing nightlife.
The hotel offers large, well-designed rooms with beautiful mountain views. While the rooms have a slightly rustic feel for the price, the staff is friendly and accommodating. The mini kitchen on the balcony is a unique touch for those wanting a personalized culinary experience.
I felt like I was part of the action in my super cool room with a teppanyaki bar on the enclosed balcony, enjoying a wonderful view of the mountains. The 'maxibar' was truly inspired. However, some unethical behavior affected my overall experience.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were expensive for Colombian standards, but the extra balcony space and the view were super cool and well appointed. The 'maxi-bar' was a truly inspired touch. On the downside, the service was less than friendly and somewhat neglectful. The location was pretty good, close to cafes and amazing restaurants, but the dining experience, though good, could be improved. However, the hotel attracts many tourists for various reasons.
